Price information for rooms and suites
The prices are per person and day, include the room with breakfast buffet and 6-course dinner menu, free use of the spa area, one underground parking space as possible fees. The local visitor tax (€ 2.40 per person and day) is not included in the price and will be billed separately. Children under the age of 15 are exempt from the visitor tax. We offer discounts for children staying in their parents’ room per enquiry.
Smoking
All rooms are non-smoking. We therefore ask you to go onto the balcony if you want to smoke. Ashtrays are available.
Restaurant
The Auriga restaurant is open every day from 7-10 pm to house guests and eternal guests.
We ask external guests to book tables. We also serve smaller meals and special children’s menus.
Travel cancellation insurance
Unpredictable events can happen every now and then. It’s a pity if you can’t spend your planned holiday at Hotel Auriga. Still, rooms would remain vacant even though other guests would’ve liked to come. Take precaution by benefiting from the Hotelstorno PLUS travel cancellation insurance. This insurance package also includes curtailment of travel or involuntary holiday extension.
Safe
Hotel Auriga is only liable for objects of values or money deposited in the office, but not for the deposit in your room safe.
Ski pass service
You can comfortably purchase the Arlberg ski pass (valid for the ski regions Lech, Zürs, Stuben, St. Christoph, St. Anton, Warth and Schröcken) without the annoyance of queuing at the Auriga reception. Please note that the ski pass has to be paid upon pick-up at reception (cash, EC and cash card, Mastercard, Visa). A deposit fee of € 5 is charged for the Arlberg Card. You can purchase the Arlberg Safety Card (ASC) allowing you to claim refund of rescue costs (rescue sled or helicopter) in case of accidents on your ski holiday when buying your ski pass.
Ski room
Our ski room is open to you for storing your ski boots and skis.
Please note that the stairwell and rooms mustn’t be entered with ski boots.
Ski rental and ski service
There’s no rental in the hotel itself. Please use the ski service at Ski rental Strolz, Sportalpen or Pfefferkorn.
Terms of cancellation – our cancellation terms are as follows:
– 4 months before the agreed arrival day, no cancellation fee is charged.
– 4 months till 2 months before the agreed day of arrival a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price is charged.
– 2 months till 1 month before the agreed arrival, a cancellation fee of 80% of the total price is charged
– during the last month before the agreed day of arrival 100 % (total price) will be charged
Taxi service
The Hotel Auriga taxi partners (Arlberg Express and MTL Service) safely and comfortably transport you from your place of arrival to the hotel and back upon your departure. Please let us know whether you want to use a taxi service when making your reservation.
Underground parking
Your car rests safe and dry in the Auriga’s underground parking facility. The underground parking space is already included in the room price for hotel and apartment guests.
Laundry service
You can use the in-house laundry service for a small fee allowing you to bring less luggage and/or have clean laundry in your suitcase when you depart.
Spa area
Spa, sauna, relaxation room and fitness area are open every day to teenagers from the age of 16 and adults. Children can use the pool under parental supervision. The pool is open from 7 am to 7 pm, the sauna area from 3.30-7 pm.
Dogs may not be brought to the spa area.
Spa area lockers
Lockers for your attire, objects of valuable etc. are freely available for you in the sauna area. You need a 1-Euro coin to lock up, which you get back when opening the locker again.
WLAN
Powerful WLAN is available to you in the hotel lobby, in all rooms and apartments. Internet use is free!
Newspaper service
You can order your daily newspaper of choice at the Auriga reception upon arrival. If available, it will be delivered to your room or table.
