Undue Burden
Some of our videos do not include audio description. As a result, the WCAG success criterion (recorded audio description) is not met. We believe that rectifying this would constitute a disproportionate burden under accessibility regulations. The video on the homepage, which plays automatically in the header, does not have an audio track and therefore does not require audio description.
